How I find Time to Learn Piano

With kids, work, family and other commitments it might seem impossible that an adult can find time to learn piano. Private lessons take an hour a week and you have to be available that same night every week. That didn’t seem possible to me with all the commitments so I started looking for a self study course I could use.

What I found after a few hours research was that there were some really great piano lessons dvd programs out there you could order off the Internet for a fraction of the cost of private lessons.

I ordered a course and decided to dedicate 3 hours a week when I could to learning. That was a few months ago now and I’m about a quarter of the way through the course. I love it, it’s the first real hobby I’ve had and it’s been great for me.
