Italian Culinary Schools – What a Vacation!
My annual vacations are a big deal for me. I’m a single mom, and I try to get away at least once a year with a girlfriend or two, while my saintly mother babysits my son. Each year, I try to plan a unique traveling experience, and this year will be no exception. I can hardly contain my excitement! My best friend and I are going to Italy to attend an authentic Italian culinary school. We are both already passionate about cooking, but we really hope to develop our skills in Italian American cuisine. We are sure to wow our loved-ones when we return with a sharpened cooking skills!
