Rock Music At Church

We’ve never been to the late service on Sundays until last week. I’ve never been a huge fan of Rock Music in church. it’s not that I don’t like Rock, it’s just that it seems better suited to night clubs than to a worship service.

They did do a very nice job with it, I must say. They’ve got a whole “praise band” with a drummer, two keyboard players, a guitarist and bassist. I guess several of them used to be in bar bands until they got saved.

It’s not something that I’d want to experience every week, but I can see how it helps to keep the young people involved and that’s a good thing. More power to them.
