Where Can You Learn to Sing From Your Chest?

Have you ever taken a singing class that only deals with learning how to sing from your chest?  I have searched all over the Internet for classing with the title learn to sing from your chest and I can not find a one. Maybe I should search for something else, like how to learn to sing from your chest. I think learning this would really improve my singing. I may even be able to make some money at this gig if I could sing like that. I will not give up on this goal, I will keep looking until I can fine what I need to succeed.
