defensive driver

My dad has always taught me to be a defensive driver. It is much less likely to get in an accident if you are watching the road very closely so you are aware of what is going on. He also always told me to wear my seat belt. So, recently, I was watching to road, but I couldn’t help when a car came running through a red light and slammed into the passenger side of my car.
