How much do LPN jobs pay?

LPNs come in the middle of the nursing line up when it comes to jobs.
Licensed practical nurses are below Rn’s and above CNAs. They have more medical responsibility than a CNA (certified nurses assistant) does, but less than a RN (registered nurse).

Depending on the area of the country that you work in, LPN jobs pay from 25 to 40 thousand per year with some medical responsibilities of giving medication to patients and checking vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and perhaps drawing blood for tests.

You can often find them in nursing homes under the direction of one head nurse who is an RN.
