Human resource manager will give training and development
When my company introduced new products in the market, my boss asked me to appoint a marketing manager to promote the new products. As I am the Human Resource manager, I took the challenge and assured my boss that first I will take fresh candidates and will give them proper training and develop them to become smart sales executives within a fortnight. My boss agreed with me and under my training they started making business and within two months they started achieving set targets. Happy with the sales my boss congratulated me and promoted me as human resource department head and hiked my salary and perks.
