I Believed Him
I am still in shock over the news that my son just gave me. Apparently, he is getting married in just a few weeks. I didn’t even know that he had a girlfriend! The last time I talked to him, he had sworn off women and planned to remain single for the rest of his life. He was thirty years old and living with his brother, so I believed him. This girl must be pretty special to have changed his mind so suddenly. I hope that he can get a loan to build a house, because every woman deserves to live in a place of her own.
