There is only one way to get the kind of recruits that we need here at the firm, and that is with hard work. I was not seeing the kind of dedication that I need to see to be satisfied with our team. I knew that we needed a fresh perspective, so I brought in some recruiter training videos to help the cause. The makers brought in some new points that I had not thought of in the past. This new way of thinking helped make our team more intelligent, which led to better sales. I am very happy with where we are.
