So you want to write executive resumes?
I have been writing executive resumes for 5 years now. Before that i was an HR executive myself, which means I bring a lot of personal experience to my work. When I write a resume for a CFO or marketing director, I know what they do for a living. I know their stresses and strains. i know their triumphs. I know what skills are important and what skills don’t matter. I know what type of results employers are looking for on a resume because I once looked for those same skills myself.
i think my personal experience has been key in helping me write executive resumes. I’m not sure I could have done it had I not walked a mile in these guys’ shoes.
