If you’ve seen the latest movies called oceans 11, 12, and 13 then you know why they do a background check before they allow you to work anywhere. Without a background check many companies are putting their security position at risk. The weakest link in any organization’s security is the human weakness. Anyone can be compromised if not properly trained but the worst kind of compromising happens when they hire someone who had unscrupulous motives in the first place. Background checks also consist of psych tests and often are given during the application process where the background is done after deciding to hire you.
