A Variety of Recipes

My working years were spent running a restaurant and traveling around the U.S. to train restaurant employees. I have seen many different types of recipes and I have cooked different recipes for friends and family. One of the main ingredients in most of my cooking is always chicken. If my family wants red meat, then we have to go out to eat. I do not eat red meat, so therefore, I do not cook it either. The family does not complain, if the moods strikes them for a hamburger, they will stop somewhere for lunch without me to remind them how bad it is for them. There is not many ingredients I have not tried, but I have not found an almond chicken recipe that sounds appealing to me. I am sure there are some great recipes out there, but I have not found the one for me yet.
