It is the privilege of the house owner to add features to the house.  This is what the subdivision told us when we got here.  And this is the same mantra that the subdivision is telling to every new “owner” of a unit.  This subdivision we are in has a weird arrangement where we cannot fully own the unit until seven years.  So every time we want to add something to the house, we ask permission from them. I have long sought their approval of adding a piece of chandelier to our living room.  But to no avail as they would give the alibi that the chandelier is too big a structure and there’s still supposedly a chance that we won’t finish the seven-year term.  I explained to them the size of the chandelier but it would only fall to deaf ears.

My old dog spoiled me.  He was the kind of dog you could let out and not think twice about how far he would wander or if he would find trouble.  Once he passed on, I decide to get myself a new companion.  My old dog and my new dog are like night and day.  I love them both the same, but my new dog cannot be trusted to go outside unless he is on a lead or contained.  We never had a fence and I suddenly found myself thinking about dog fences.  I didn’t want to spend a lot and ended up putting in my own electric dog fence.  I love it!  I don’t have to go out with my dog and I know he’s safe now.

There are plenty of things in the stores that make suitable gifts for family and friends but they all lack the personal touch. It is always a pleasure to know that people care and get any gift but a gift that is given with love and that personal touch means so much more.

My son recently had a science project that required him to build a miniature working windmill. To be honest, I thought that this was going to be a very difficult task, however after doing some research on the Internet I found step by step windmill building instructions. It was pretty neat because it could be applied to a full size windmill or to a miniature (which is what he was building). My son got really into it and ended up building a farm house and accessories along with the windmill. I am happy to say that he received an A on his project.

My husband and I have lived in our home home since we got married.   Recently he was sent on assignment for six month in Washington D.C. and I decided to accompany him since his company was paying for the apartment.  We had a lot to get use to in that place.   Some was good and some was bad.  I did not mind carrying my trash down the hall and then opening a door and letting it drop to the basement.  The residential mailboxes were all mounted together and on the outside of the building.  It was impossible to get your mail without getting wet and cold. 

As a fervent and diligent student, the best place for me to stay every night is on my study table.  Although it is draining and excruciating sometimes, studying is what motivates me to better my life and ways.  It teaches me more to know myself and my potentials whenever I get to study or read on my own. It is in the study table where I have all the books and my laptop at ready disposal for research and pleasure readings.  I also love to stay there because of the decorative table lamp that makes me feel motivated to go on.  There is no better spot to stay than his/her base camp at the table.    

I am so excited because I just bought my first condo. I feel like a grown-up now. My new condo is simply the best. Fortunately, there isn’t much work that I need to do inside the place. This is good because I’m not extremely handy, and I’m on a tight budget. One of the things in the condo that was recently updated was the kitchen floor. In my opinion, it’s one of the best parts of the condo. The kitchen floor was updated with bamboo plank flooring. It looks great in the condo. And, hopefully it will last for a long time.

Keeping up with the times using a construction project management software is no problem.  In this age, paper is no longer a necessity.  Everything is either created and printed or sent via the internet through a computer.  Documents are no longer kept in filing cabinets or folders because a construction project management software can store important documents, needed and related to the project, as computer files.  It can also connect to a fax machine or the internet if documents need to be sent or attached to a letter.  You are not left behind with construction project management software.

Not only is it possible to order coffee online, but there are a ton of people already doing that.  it makes sense when you think about it. I don’t mean to bash a place like Starbucks, but how many times can you wait in line for an hour, just so you can have the privilege of paying $10 for a coffee with milk.  There are so many better options out there.  The great news is that the coffee can be delivered to your home.  I’m talking about coffee from the most exotic places in the world.  Places, that i assure you Starbucks does not go to.

The best thing that I ever did was to take a look at my local bathroom showroom and choose a new bathtub for my bathroom redesign. After spending a lot of time talking to the salesman I decided that I wanted a Clawfoot Jetted Tub, because I could see that the design would really fit in with my bathroom, and that it would also give me a really good bathing experience. One of the things which I love is that it makes you feel absolutely wonderful and that is the best thing that a bathtub can do.

When homeowners are in foreclosure, they often find many people to blame. A Bank of America foreclosure homeowner can blame the bank for not working with them, for lending more than they could afford to pay, or for adding excessive amount of outrageous fees and interests to the existing payments that they already cannot afford.

There are many bad feelings towards the bank when the bank forecloses. Some homeowners have tried in every way to work with the bank and in these cases, the bank should be more cooperative and work with the homeowners.

If the bank does not, then the bank should carry at least some of the blame when something goes horribly wrong.

My husband thought it would be a good idea to have the refrigerator in the house, be just a refrigerator and keep a deep freezer in the garage. I fought the idea to the end but he just loved the thought of all the extra frig space. I can’t stand the arrangement! Built In freezers are a necessity for every household! My largest agitation is having to go to the garage every morning and fill an ice bucket in order to fill my drink glasses all day. When I would like to analyze dinner, I have to go stand in the garage.
