Stretch Those Tight Muscles Golfers
02 May 2008
It is important to do golf stretching exercises regularly if you want to play golf safely and well. The more frequently that you do them, the better you will be. The point of this type of exercise is to protect you against injury and to tone your muscles. By doing the exercises before you play you will warm up your muscles before you start and you should be able to start playing without harming your muscles. By stretching when you have finished playing, it will allow your muscles to relax and should help to stop them aching the next day. If you do the exercises in between games, it will help to tone your muscles and increase their strength ready for when you do play.
