do you feel awesome?

i am going to train shoulders today and make sure that i really get a good workout in. i use some really good intensity methods in my training. i have been using rest pause in my training and i am loving it. i will use drop sets as well. i will even combine the 2 in the same sets of 1 exercise. i am always trying new ways to stimulate muscle growth. they will help you to get in better shape and fast. you just cant be lazy about it. i just llove to train. it makes me feel awesome.
