Nutrition?

I like to make sure that balance my nutrition as best as I can. It is the hardest part about my training that I deal with. I love to workout, but the nutrition aspect of it just seems like it is way over the top. Eating 5 to 6 times a day seems like it is too much food for me to handle. It is too  much food for my belly to deal with. I am left feeling bloated and uncompfortable al day long if I have to eat every 2 hours. I like to use a dumbell workout to get into shape.
