Eating to minimize symptoms
I really hate it when I get bad attacks of gout, so I want to learn more about eating to minimize the symptoms of gout. I know that with gout foods to avoid include meat, which isn’t a problem since I don’t eat it often in the first place, and leafy green vegetables. I love salads with spinach, so that will be more of a sacrifice. However, if I stop eating meat I know there are some vitamins I need to take in order to make sure I stay healthy. The same with leafy green vegetables. I think I will probably just cut down on these and not avoid them altogether.
