Their are so many diets out there it makes my head spin. when you read into a few of them you can see the logic behind why they might work to help with weight loss. The Fat Loss for Idiots plan made the most sense to me. It allows you to eat 4 times a day and even though it is high in protein it still allows carbs too. The diet changes the meals everyday so you still get a good amount of variety in the foods you eat and that keeps it interesting. This diet is definitely worth trying.
