Fat loss for idiots
I have been looking and looking in the book section in eery book store I have seen within 30 miles of my house. I have been hoping to find a fat loss 4 idiots book, but I have not seen it anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to find one of these books because I have heard it is the best book around for losing the weight you want to lose very quickly. I think my mom told me she lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks, which would be ideal since I have a wedding coming up that I would like to look great for.
