Help Is Just What I needed

When my family and I joined a gym, and cancelled our television service, as a way to jump start healthy living, I jumped in wholeheartedly.  I went to the gym every day, developed a routine, and signed my kids up for fitness classes, which they loved.  We started eating healthier foods and spending more constructive time together as a family.  Then, suddenly, my motivation started to wane.  I can’t quite pinpoint why; maybe I just got bored.  However, I found myself needing the help of personal trainers to kick the lazy streak and get back to my healthy lifestyle.  Thank goodness for their help!  It was just what I needed.
