I Am Determined To Lose Weight

It’s a new year, and I am determined to lose some weight.  I know diet and exercise are important, but no matter how well I eat or how often I work out, I still have excess fat.   I read some weight loss reviews to get some ideas about what else to add to my routine to get better results.   I’ve tried a bunch of different fad diets with varying success.  I’m looking for something different this time around so I might look into a supplement or diet pill.  That might provide the boost I need to get down to my target weight.
