Is Plank a Good Move For Your Abs
I want you to try to hold a plank with good form for more than 45 seconds. You will feel your abs working hard. This moves forces them to engage for stability. Excellent move! This is why I include the plank in almost all of my best abdominal workouts to get flat abs. There are many variations of the plank as well.
Off the top of my head I can think of at least 10 different ways to do the plank. But I am sure if I thought about it for more than a few seconds I would find at least 30 or more ways to do the plank.
