Medical advancements

It’s amazing the advancements that have taken place in the medical field. There are so many things that have enabled people to live more productive lives than they would have been able to otherwise. Everything from artificial limbs, pacemakers for the heart, hip replacements to hearing aids. It makes me glad that I live in today’s modern world instead of years ago when people suffered more and had to deal with physical ailments that are now easily treated. The advancements are only going to continue too. I don’t know how the medical community accomplishes these things, but I’m sure glad they have the knowledge to do so.
