Regular brushing reduces dandruff

Are you bothered by dandruff and losing your sleep over it? I think, you are not spending sufficient time in brushing your hair. I can say from my experience that regular brushing of hair is one of the best cures for dandruff. Brushing improves blood circulation and helps remove any form of flakiness. You should bend your head forward, start brushing from the nape of your neck, and gradually move to your crown, in order to get results. You can also massage your scalp with your fingertips, just after or before brushing hair. This stimulates blood circulation, boosts hair growth and removes dandruff and dirt.
