Silk’n laser hair works only on people who have light coloured skin and dark coloured hair. People who have dark brown or black skin should not use this product,as melanin, which is an ingredient of Silk’n laser hair, tends to absorb laser energy and thus damage the skin. People with light coloured hair should not use this product, as hair needs to absorb light, but due to lack of pigment, the product does not help in absorbing light, and hence there will be no change in hair growth. Silkn is not exactly a cheap product. It costs around $800, but the price you will be paying for a professional cosmetic treatment is much higher than this. Once you have bought the product, you can start the treatment at home, by using the product on as many areas of yoru body as you desire. This product can also be used for touch-up purposes. To achieve similar result, going to a beauty parlour will cost about $5000 per annum.
