Sleep Apnea And Morning Headaches

If you suffer regularly from morning headaches and cannot see any reason for them then one possible explanation could be sleep apnea. Even mild sleep apnea can lead to recurrent morning headaches and there are literally millions of people suffering from sleep apnea who do not even know that they have the condition. In severe cases there are a variety of signs and symptoms but mild cases can go undetected for years. So, if you have those morning headaches you should talk to your doctor who will look for an underlying cause and may well suggest that you undergo a simple sleep study to check for the possibility of sleep apnea.
