Sleep Better With Acai Berry

When I was a kid I could sleep through a marching band.  As I’ve gotten older, that deep restful sleep has eluded me.  I have a hard time relaxing my body so that I can fall asleep and stay asleep.  After reading a few articles online, I came across one that said a diet high in amino acids can actually help your muscles relax.  The article also stated Acai Berry is a good source of amino acids.  Since starting to take Acai Berry, I have found it easier to unwind at bedtime.  This has resulted in getting quality sleep, and that is a very good thing!
