Warm Up And Cool Down

This is one of the most important free weightlifting routines rule that most weight lifters ignore.  It’s so crucial for investors to warm up and cool down right before and right after their routines.  This cannot be stressed enough. Most workout-related injuries can be avoided by proper warm-up and cool-down. Your muscles need a 5 to 15 minute warm-up as well as a brief cool-down. This holds true for all weight training workouts.  Just by doing some stretching or even a little walking can do wonders for you preventing those injuries that keep popping up.
