If your not used to running then you will have to get yourself used to it. This goes for any type of exercise. You can’t expect to run a mile every day if you’ve never done it, but you can run a little bit each day and raise the ante every day until your used to running a mile. The best weight loss program works this same way. It doesn’t expect everyone to start from the same place in the diet. Discipline takes time to develop and trying to develop it too quickly is counter productive and can actually make you quit.
