Getting yourself of the property ladder

For the first time buyer property in the west midlands it can be very difficult to get on the property ladder unless you have a good deposit to put down.  There are several options available and there is help to get you on the first rung of the property ladder.  You can find yourself a nice property within your  budget and that will be a success.  Don’t set your bar too high or you will just be disappointed and thwarted at every turn.  Be sensible with your budget and remember that with mortgage rates, unless you have a set rate, it can go up by quite a bit.
