Installing Patio Door Locks on Vinyl Sash Doors
If your patio doors feature vinyl sash, choose Patio Door Lockss that can be secured on the wood or metal frame of the sash or another structural element of the door. Make sure that the bolt passes into a solid metal or wooden part of the door or the door frame. If there are fasteners that protrude to the outside, replace them with round-headed bolts or one-way screws.
