Those Were the Simple Times
When we first started working together in a homeschool co-op, we only had a few families and we met together in our basement bedrooms. I remember that we had a lot of fun. What we didn’t have was an awful lot of money. We had to find discount kids furniture in order to make a kid friendly school space and buying supplies was sometimes prohibitive. As we progressed, we got more participation and better funding. However, there was also more politics involved. I sometimes miss the early days when there was just a few people and only basic things to worry about.
