Advertisements Everywhere

We just finished up a series in church that had to do with consumerism. Obviously, we have to consume to survive but how much is too much. One of the statistics mentioned during the service is that our brain reads, hears or sees about 3,000 advertisements a day. Can you believe how many objects and services have an exhibition display to advertise? It is crazy the amount of marketing that is paid for. If there is ever a good business to get into it would be the making of signs. I do not see how this vital part of advertising and consumerism will ever go away.
