Carrie Underwood’s Some Hearts Album

"Some Hearts" was Carrie Underwood’s debut album and was released on November 15, 2005; 6 months after she won season 4 of American Idol. 

 

The album has gone on to become certified platinum seven times was the best selling country album in 2006 and in 2007. 

 

"Some Hearts" is packed with phenomenal songs including the number one hits "Jesus Take the Wheel," "Inside Your Heaven," "Before He Cheats," "Wasted," and "Don’t Forget to Remember Me." 

 

It also made history by becoming the best selling debut album ever released by a female country music artist and sold more copies than any other album released by other American Idol artists including albums released by season 1 winner and pop music star Kelly Clarkson.
