Changing my career with a course from a California culinary school

If you enjoy cooking as much as I do then you might be tempted to make a career out of it. I come from an information technology based background but am determined to switch to something that I am more passionate about. I was reading the local paper when I caught an ad for a California culinary school. They have an open day coming up so I am planning to attend to learn more about the available courses. One of the great things that was mentioned in the ad is that you get hands on training from leading industry professionals who have years of experience in the hospitality industry. I can see myself as a chef for a fine dining establishment.
