Should This Wife Get Alimony?

I think the whole Alimony thing is a bit of a controversy sometimes because there are those who take full advantage of it and then it turns out wrong. I did have a case that I was for the defendant because his wife was trying to take him for eighty percent of his worth. She claimed so many false accusations that the judges head had to be spinning. She said he beat her all of the time and would lock her in the house. This woman could barely get this out with a straight face. I was very unsure of this outcome.
