The Transit of Manchester

Hats off to the borough of Manchester for excellent planning. When I was in Manchester on business for the first time, I was a bit leery of driving about the city. I am not the best driver in the States, where I am used to driving on the right side of the road. The left side seemed all but insurmountable for me to handle. Fortunately, the city planners saw fit to design an impressive railway transit system that can deliver you to most areas of the city at quite a reasonable price. I stayed at the Midland Hotel Manchester, which was a dream in and of itself. The rooms were just what the doctor ordered, after days of sales quotas and presentations. I was even able to shoot down to the hotel bar for a quick drink and a watch of Manchester vs. Chelsea. What a match! Anyway, the transit system saved my trip, and my wallet. I would recommend it to anyone that goes to Manchester for business or pleasure.
