Tasks Are Defined At Nursing Job Descriptions

In the office, it has always been said, time and time again, the importance of job descriptions.  It is the definition of your job, your work.  Tasks not included in the job description should not be done unless you can update it and thus, the rank of your job or position should be updated too.  Thus, the promotion.  It is the same with Nursing Job Descriptions.  Tasks that are enumerated in the job description should be the only ones that should be done.  So personal tasks ordered by the doctors are not included such as coffee making or any other errand that is personal in nature.
