Who Might Have Compiled A List?

I am trying to find out which digital cameras are the highest rated. Does anyone know who might have compiled a list of the highest rated digital cameras? I would love to see which cameras made the list. My camera is okay, but I would like to get a better camera sometime in the near future. For now I am just trying to figure out which camera would be good to get, and a top 10 type list would really help me out with that. I want to get a camera that takes better pictures than the one I have now.
